Maritas Tekstil is a Turkish textile company based in Kahramanmaraş, active in the textile sector since 2003. After starting its operations with cotton fabric production, in 2012 the company decided to invest in the denim sector, driven by strong growth and success in the market.
To support this new phase of development and position itself in a highly competitive environment, we at Marzoli partnered with Maritas Tekstil in the development of a complete spinning plant, designed to combine yarn quality, high productivity, and operational efficiency.

The challenge
Entering the denim sector required Maritas Tekstil to strike a delicate balance between quality and production volumes. On the one hand, the company needed to ensure yarns capable of meeting high quality standards - essential to succeed in a demanding, performance-driven market. On the other hand, it was crucial to guarantee efficient and competitive production, able to sustain the required volumes without compromising reliability and operational continuity.
In this context, the choice of the right technology and a reliable partner became a key factor in building solid, long-term growth.

The solution
Per supportare l’espansione di Maritas Tekstil nel denim, abbiamo fornito e installato una linea completa di filatura da 15.840 fusi, entrata in funzione all’inizio del 2013.
Il progetto è stato sviluppato con l’obiettivo di garantire prestazioni affidabili, controllo del processo e qualità costante del filato.
Il progetto sviluppato insieme a Maritas Tekstil ha incluso:
una linea completa di apertura, capace di processare fino a 1.000 kg/ora di cotone,
10 carde C701, per una ottima parallelizzazione e selezione delle fibre
9 stiratoi, di cui 5 dotati di tecnologia di autoregolazione, per una perfetta regolarità del nastro
4 banchi FT6D da 192 fusi, completamente automatici
10 filatoi MDS1, tutti equipaggiati con fiammatori per la produzione di filato denim
Una configurazione progettata per assicurare continuità produttiva, elevata efficienza e un controllo ottimale delle caratteristiche del filato.

The results
Thanks to the implementation of the Marzoli spinning line, Maritas Tekstil has achieved a total production capacity of 1,000 tons of yarn per month, while maintaining outstanding quality standards. Yarn quality is now one of the company’s key strengths, as confirmed by the results achieved in terms of uniformity and performance.
