Yekta Fallah

Production flexibility and advanced yarn quality
Yekta Fallah Sepahan, a subsidiary of Persian Holding, was founded in 2003 and operates in the production of yarns and textile products for both local and international markets. Thanks to a diversified product portfolio and continuous investment in technology, the company is able to meet the needs of different markets while maintaining high quality standards.
To support this growth strategy and further expand its production capabilities, we partnered with Yekta Fallah on a technological expansion project focused on yarn quality, operational efficiency, and production flexibility.

The challenge
Operating across different markets requires the ability to produce yarns with varying characteristics while maintaining consistent quality and reliable performance.
Yekta Fallah’s primary requirement was therefore to produce high-quality yarns suitable for multiple applications and to quickly adapt production to market demands.
To achieve this goal, the company chose to continuously upgrade its technical resources, relying on advanced technological solutions capable of ensuring precision, process stability, and production continuity.

The solution
In 2016, Yekta Fallah chose us as its technology partner to support its expansion strategy and enhance spinning performance.
During the year, we supplied a complete and fully integrated configuration including:
A solution engineered to enhance combed yarn quality while ensuring maximum efficiency and full process control.
During the year, we supplied a complete and fully integrated configuration including:
- an advanced combing section, consisting of one LW3 lap former and 4 CM7 combers, designed to ensure sliver uniformity and high-quality combed fiber;
- one FT60D roving frame, optimized to ensure process stability and precision in yarn preparation;
- the MTR bobbin transport system, complete with Integrated Bobbin Cleaner (IBC), which automates handling and keeps bobbins constantly clean;
- 3 MDS1 ring spinning machines, equipped with the Marzoli pressure arm and MAC3000 compacting system, designed to reduce yarn hairiness and improve strength and overall quality.
A solution engineered to enhance combed yarn quality while ensuring maximum efficiency and full process control.
The advantages of the solution
The results
Today, Sara Spintex produces yarns made from 100% Indian cotton, with counts ranging from Ne 6 to Ne 16, serving established and continuously growing market segments.
The company’s success demonstrates how a business originally focused on ginning can achieve vertical integration and evolve into an autonomous, highly automated spinning mill. In the case of Sara Spintex, this journey was also made possible by the partnership with Marzoli, which provided advanced technologies capable of ensuring high production volumes, consistent yarn quality, and long-term reliability.
With this project, Sara Spintex has turned automation and quality into strategic levers for sustainable and competitive growth.
