We exploit the potential of artificial intelligence to optimize the doffing operations of the roving frame.
In fact, once the production data, engine speed, efficiency and energy consumption are put in communication with the Brain Box, the algorithm contained within it, after an initial training of 15 doffings, begins to work on the machine parameters.
The algorithm monitors each doffing in a continuous learning process to capture even the slightest change in the environmental, raw material or mechanical conditions of the machine.
