The CM7 is conceived to ensure exceptional sliver evenness and the lowest level of imperfections. The combined action of circular and top combs, along with the advanced lap feeding and monitoring systems, reduces neps and short fibers, ensuring clean and uniform sliver for downstream processes.
Full automation and high efficiency
Equipped with servo motors, automatic lap piecing, and independent coiler motor, the CM7 minimizes downtime and manual intervention. The lap tension, machine speed, and combing dynamics are all adjustable via a user-friendly interface. With a design optimized for stability and accessibility, the CM7 simplifies maintenance while delivering long-term reliability in high-speed operations.
