Superior sliver quality
The C702 delivers top-level sliver uniformity: the main cylinder and doffer are carefully balanced and coated for optimal fiber treatment, while the flats ensure consistent carding across the web. The feeding system, adjustable clothing, and sliver autolevelling ensures minimal CV%, excellent fiber orientation, and reduced nep formation.
Efficient suction system
The C702 features a highly efficient suction system designed to keep all working components clean, ensuring consistent carding performance. With up to 9% improved efficiency compared to previous models,thanks to optimized suction sectors, multi-layer gaskets, and transparent thermoformed plastic ducts for easy visual inspection. Moreover, quick-release clips simplify maintenance.
