We help achieve high quality standards through the efficiency of the B390L cleaner.
Its innovative working concept splits the material into two separate flows, which are processed independently by the two halves of the beaters. Each flow rotates four times around the first semi-beater and another four times around the second, maximizing cleaning efficiency.

Low fiber stress

Effective cleaning requires proper opening: the Superblender provides mini tufts, while the Duocleaner removes trash particles, fiber fragments, and dust. Thanks to its nip-free design, it ensures low fiber stress and prevents neps formation.

Efficient dedusting system

The waste collected by the four grids is transferred through two bucket wheel locks into a continuous centralized suction system. Additionally, when combined with the B450L, the system effectively dedusts all flocks coming from the bale plucker through its powerful suction mechanism.
