B12 automatic bale plucker for fiber blending

Fine raw material plucking

The superblender B12 allows to obtain very small flocks thanks to its two beaters, and two movable conveying rollers that control the material during plucking.
The detacher's free and upright movement, combined with the conveying rollers, allows for smooth and continuous plucking all the way down to the floor.

Automatic production adjustment

The vertically movable grid with linear transducers controls tips penetration inside the bales, adjusting throughput based on bale height and material levels inside the mixer.

Optimized suction system

The superblender B12 features a downstream cage condenser suction system that eliminates helicoidal airflows inside transportation tubes. This prevents fiber entanglement and neps formation, ensuring a cleaner and more uniform material flow.
