Extra-long compacting area

This feature ensures excellent quality results, even with long staple fibers up to 60 mm, and the compacting apron is tailored according to the fiber type and yarn count, optimizing performance. The self-cleaning apron maximizes machine efficiency and minimizes downtime for cleaning and maintenance.

Independent vacuum system

This solution prevents dust from contaminating the clean waste collected in the machine’s filter and with the self-cleaning filter box it ensures a constant airflow, minimizing energy consumption. Since fibers do not accumulate on the filter surface, there is no need to adjust the speed of the fan motor, allowing the system to operate efficiently and consistently over time.
