Smart bobbin management for automated transport systems
We introduce a new level of efficiency and flexibility in the exchange and cleaning phases of automated transport thanks to Marzoli Revolver Exchanger, the solution that simultaneously takes two full bobbins from the roving frame while two dirty tubes coming from the spinning frames are taken from the transport rail.
After the cleaning phase, MRE places the empty tubes on the doffer rail/trolley to be sent to the roving frame and the full bobbins on the transport rail to feed the ring frames.

Twice the speed, double the efficiency
The MRE doubles the speed compared to traditional exchangers, reducing downtime for bobbin handling. It is ideal for long-spindle frames or coarse counts, where fast doffing is crucial. Capable of handling up to 360 bobbins per hour, it improves production flow and reduces manual intervention.
