Marzoli spinning ring MRC
It features a coated surface with a hardness of 1100 Hv and a Ra value below 0.05 µm. These specifications help significantly reduce the friction coefficient between ring and traveler, enabling higher spindle speeds while minimizing heat.
Marzoli spinning ring MRR
It is designed for standard speed and regular count yarns, offering a hardness of approximately 760 Hv. It is available in two finishes: bright, for general applications, and black featuring an oxidized coating for enhanced surface durability. This makes the MRR a flexible and dependable solution for mills looking for consistent performance in regular spinning conditions.
