The R²S pro system, an evolution of the R2S system with advanced statistical features for roving break detection, offers a highly precise and reliable monitoring solution.
Each group of four spindles is supervised by a robust and compact module, equipped with six independent infrared receivers. These detect the presence of the roving by the interruption of an infrared light beam, a principle that ensures the detection is unaffected by roving color or diameter.

No more manual intervention
Operators are no longer required to manually interact with the sensors: individual spindles can be excluded simply by covering the optical sensors, eliminating the need for mechanical buttons. The system automatically recognizes machine states such as STOP, RUN, and COUNT via PLC signals, managing alarms and status indicators accordingly. In case recalibration is needed, it can be easily performed through the EVO-PRO board interface.
Digital system combination
Combined with the Yarnet Management System, the R2Spro logs and stores breakage history. Moreover, its integration with BrainBox makes it possible to automatically adjust machine settings to improve performance, reduce breakages, and maximize production.
