Tangential belt multi motor drive
The tangential belt multi motor drive offers significant advantages, requiring less maintenance and ensuring a cleaner machine environment, as there is no need to replace tapes or adjust pulleys and shafts. This solution improves belt adherence on the spindle wharves, maintaining speed variation among spindles below 1%.
Smart automation with high-speed doffing
TheMDS2 features an advanced automatic doffing system that completes a full cycle in under two minutes. Thanks to its dedicated parking rail design, it allows for larger cops and fewer doffing interruptions. The entire process is fully automated and precisely controlled to minimize ends down and maximize productivity.
