Fast changeover and easy cleaning
The MRE system simultaneously handles full bobbins and dirty tubes, integrating a cleaning system to streamline the process. Thanks to parallel operations, the system exchanges and cleans bobbins twice as fast as traditional systems (360 bobbins/hour), boosting efficiency—especially on long roving frames or with coarse counts.
A complete integration
The FTM320 introduce a new level of integration within the spinning section, connecting the roving frame, bobbin transport, and spinning frames into one fully automated system. This allow a complete automation, the bobbin transfer without manual handling and the maximum flexibility.
